II. Disbursements

Payment of all exhibition fees is due within 3 working days from the date of return of the application form. The Organizer reserves the right to automatically cancel the application form of any exhibitor who disregards the payment date and defaults on the payment of the booth fee.


III. Construction of special decorations

Exhibitors are responsible for their own design and construction, and may seek assistance from recommended contractors.
